If I were the Clinton's I would really push the issues with Wright, push Obama's connections with friends of the head of Iran and especially push the corruption issue, all of these issues were linked to in the blog posting prior to this. I would also focus on winnability, if Obama's going to carry these problems into the general election he is going to be just like the ground breaking VP candidate Geraldine Farraro and lose. I don't think our country can afford eight more years of republican rule then again we may vote for a democrat no matter who wins. However I think many people are weighing whether they want to vote for a terrorist sympathizer this November and trying to figure out what the consequences will be for our country. I myself am trying to figure out what could Obama possibly do even if he were a terrorist sympathizer or even a terrorist himself. I suppose he could kill a lot of American's but hopefully that would not be the goal. What does someone who hates a country do when they become president? I have no clue.

This is a a Republican White House and Hillary Clinton lets everyone know at every chance she gets that their is no love loss between she and the republicans. So basically what I'm saying is Clinton does not even possess the power to lead that type of investigation the good General is referring to. As for Jerimiah Wright the media did not dig the sermons up they are sold in the book store. This is not Mcartheyism. When David Duke ws revealed as a racist so long ago he did not blame it on Mccarthy he knew he was the member of a white supremacist organization and dealt with the consequences unfortunately Obama blamed white people for why Jerimiah Wright said that 911 was Chicken coming home to Roost and if anyone wants to know the rest of the phrase as stated by Malcom X Goes Chickens Coming Home to Roost Never Make me Sad they make me glad so you add this to what Wright says and he essentially was saying he was happy that 911 happened and because the media reveals this it's called Mcartheyism; and I know that the initial subject was Clinton but only stupidy stoop would get upset because a man who is campaigning for his wife says that she would make a good candidate for President.

If Obama threw his Grandmother underneath the bus on one day last week. He threw African Americans underneath the bus the next day. At Obama's ground breaking race speech he stated essntially that his Grndmother was afraid of Black Men and used racial slurs to refer to black people. As an African American woman, I think if a white man married my daughter got her pregnant and left her to raise a child alone and moved back to his foreign country and probably never paid child support. I would have some very racialized words for white men myself, and my grandchild would probably hear him referred to in some very racialized words. I understand this and I think in what we thought we had moved into prior to Obama's speech and radio comments, our post racialized society understands this too.

If the comments about Grandma were disturbing, the next day our ears were treated to something to the effect that the typical white person is afraid of a black man walking down the street. I have news for Mr. Obama, the typical person is scared of any man walking down the street not dressed in a three piece suit or in the least business casual, this is the society we live in. I remember once while living in San Francisco as I rode the city bus there were a group of drunk white guy's who if I could gauge their conversation correctly had just graduated from college, but guess what I was afraid of them and could not wait to get off the bus because they were drunk and disorderly. I just remembered a big example, I once went to a cafe in Atlanta and I was casually dressed, just not in jeans and I and the person that I was with were set to pass by a group of men standing in the middle of the side street, dressed in jeans and hooded sweats and they had their hoods on and I thought they were going to mug me. When I passed by them I was a little shocked to hear them speaking French which made me think that maybe I had been unfair and to this day a feel a lot guilty for it. Now that I am writing this it occurs to me that maybe, they thought that since Georgia was in the South they were a little shocked to discover that Georgia would be so cold in December.

Finally with Mr. Obama's choices of who he chooses to worship and listen to every Sunday Morning. It is indicative to me that Mr. Obama hoenstly does not have the breadth and the depth to discuss race in America. I think the Current President Bush with his multiracial cabinet seems much more qualified to lead the United States on race than Mr. Obama. Furthermore the comments of Claire McCaskill which were, "He, for the first time, I think, as a black leader in America, has come to the American people not as a victim, but rather as a leader". Claire did you not hear the speech of Jerimiah Wright? Claire I just did not realize that what you wanted to hear from black leaders was that White people are afriad of Black men. Well if you and Obama feel this way, I suppose if he's elected we might have some laws seperating black people from each other. Hey Claire and Barack let's go back to seperate water fountains so that white folks won't feel uncomfortable anymore.

On Black Churches

I don't know what type of churches the various black commentators have been attending but to suggest that the words of Obama's minister are the norm is highly offensive. In the majority of black churches I have been to what is discussed from the pulpit is God, if anyone has any doubt there are a wide variety of ministers speaking on the religious channels. These TV ministers are what most black church goers would consider the least conservative of most ministers. I have attended church at a store front church in San Francisco led by a black minister with a black congregation who I would seriously doubt never had a racial thought ever, though older I think he and his wife would concede that the United States had been good to them. I have attended a church for pure research, where I was tasked with learning about it's history and why it was established. In this church I was the darkest black there, many of the blacks looked like they could pass for white, but they were not and the soloist who was much darker than I sang like Marion Anderson. Race was not discussed here but the bible was. I have attended black church's in small town Virginia where the only thing discussed was the bible. I suppose the most radical thing I ever saw was the funeral of my Grandmother who was partially Indian and primitive Baptist and I watched what resembled a rain dance performed at her final rites, but white people were not discussed here. Our family was. I spent a lot of summers in black churches in rural Virginia and white people were not ever discussed except maybe one who gave my grandmother 10,000 dollars for her church building fund. I went on trips to amusement parks, and attended bible studies which I loved and these churches were no different from the military church I sometimes attended as a child of a military father which was largely mixed. The experience that Barack Obama is defining as the black church experience is just not a realistic portrayal of black religious life in America. I have also attended Urban churches in various parts of Atlanta, Nashville, and D.C. and the majority of them were biblical. I do know of a church that espouses the views of Jeriamiah Wright but people refer to it as a cult, not even a part of the Christian religion.

I heard the clips of Jerimiah Wright but I honestly don't consider him a spiritual leader, philospher yes, a man to lead my soul to glory no! I really don't think that Obama should tell American's that Jerimiah Wright reflects what goies on in black churches because what occurs in black churches is largely what occurs in white churches and I have been to white churches also and up until this poin tin history what I heard them talking about was the bible. However with the rise of evangelism and conservatism I have been hearing a loud discord of individuals representing white americans that I am not familiar with and never heard before first hand. It's like the folks came down from the hills with all of their rhetoric which is not bibical but divisive.

Finally in closing I was always taught that we are one body in christ regardless of our race.

Barack Obama's Speech on Racial Reconciliation

I think one of the best things about the speech by Barack Obama was that he was honest enough not to distance himself from Jeremiah Wright. One of the reasons that individuals continue to support him is because on some things he continues to stand on principle. For me personally I think that Barack Obama allowed himself to get too close to Jeremiah Wright. To understand the relationship between Barack Obama and Wright I suppose as Barack Obama stated you have to understand the relationship between Obama and his Grandparents and his mother to some extent. Obama extended to us us a window into the racialized environment he grew up in which revealed to us that for him at times words were literally just words. His Grandparents probably used regularly the N word, and at some point probably forgot that Obama was the color black and thought of him as their Grandson "theirs" . I suppose in the manner that some single parents attack the other parent at times, the white relatives of Obama attacked his racial heritage in this manner.

For us to understand Jeriamiah Wright we must understand that in joining Wright's Church and becoming a follower Wright became something to Obama that he never had. Wright became a father figure, Wright became a father to the young Obama and judging by his words today, Obama embraced him in such a way as a family member and just as if you can't get rid of your family member's Obama refuses to abandon Wright. For me this seems a little or a lot cult like and brings into question for me whether Obama is actually truly aware of the horror of some of Wrights comment's. As an African American I have to admit that I did not find anything Wright said objectionable, maybe fallacious as it regarded Hillary Clinton and her heritage, Hillary Clinton has information on her website about her mother and how her mother was abandoned at an early age and had to ride the bus to California by herself at a very young age to stay with relatives ; this does not fit the stereotype of how she was portrayed by Jeremiah Wright. However initially I did not find a problem with much of what Wright said, as an African American I do believe that AIDS was invented in a lab to get rid of the black community and homosexuals in the United States. The London Times even did an article years ago stating that where the World Health Organization had distributed vaccines, their suddenly emerged an AIDS epidemic. Furthermore, there is an African ruler in sub-saharan Africa who refused to allow medical care to be given to his population by Westerners, the last time I read about it, his population had not been ravaged by AIDS. What Wright said is not far fetched. Personally I would like to hear more of what he has to say I might learn something; like when a woman named FIFI walked up to me in the grocery store as a held my new born daughter in my arms and said don't you give that baby any shots. they are causing autism and she explained to me how both of her sons had gotten autism after receiving shots. A Court case has just been settled where the judge believed that certain required immunizations caused a child to develop severe autism. In addition I had a friend from Chicago who knew not to give her children shots, she also knew when it was OK to give them again.

I say all of this to say that in the New World Order, in the scheme of things Obama's following of Jeremiah Wright could save us all. I will relate to you an Atlanta story several years ago a white family had a family member who was given infected tissue during some sort of transplant which resulted in some sort of illness or maybe even death. This white family kept going to the white hospital and they kept insisting that this family was crazy and that they had done nothing wrong. Eventually this family ended up at Morehouse School of medicine a medical school that was created because blacks could not attend regular medical schools because of their race. In any event after tests were given, it was revealed that this family had been given infected tissue and that they were not the only ones but the lab the tissue came from had spread the tissue all over the country.

All of this is said to say that in the world we live in, the Jeremiah Wrights may be able to protect us all because lately the conspiracies and the attacks have not been race based but seem to not have a pattern they can affect any of us regardless of race, creed, gender or orientation. For me Obama gave a convincing speech as well as a great speech. If any one ever had a doubt as to whether he was qualified to be president. I think that this speech revealed that he is indeed qualified.

I am not an economist but in the back of my mind what appears to be happening here is that President Bush appears to be helping his friends loot the treasury a lot before he leaves office. Somtimes things may need to crash so that they can become better. The United States allows individausl to crash everyday. They even amended the bankruptcy laws so that the crash and burn for individuals could be even more severe. However big companies have a huge and very big safety net that seems to be the federal government. At this point I am not convinved that the huge companies deserve the huge breaks sometimes they need to be treated just liek the little guy.

You know Obama referred to his father as African American in this interview with Gwen Eifel. I don't think that he should refer to his father as Afrian American becuase he was not. He was African. If anyone doubts the difference enter the academic world as an African American and view how native African's are treated compared to you. If anyone has further doubts talk to an African and ask him how he identifies himself, he will say that he is Nigerian, Ghanian, Ethiopian, Kenyan, etc. but definitely not African American. The strange thing about this whole situation is African Americans have allowed Obama to come and take as his birth right what should be the first African American president who comes from the legacy of segregation and slavery in their blood lines. Obama is not the descendant of African slaves who came here in shackles or even in Colin Powell's case came somewhere in the diaspora in shackles. Obama does not carry this legacy. African Americans in the United States have allowed their ;legacy and rights to be stolen.

Finally, I don't know if Obama has deliberately or calculatingly called his father African American (just words) or if he uses it interchangeably with black. He's suppossed to be a clever guy he's running for president and based on his history of deceit in this campaign I'm pretty sure he kmew what the words meant.

The fact is that she has been in the white house and Clinton has essentially moved on to Hispanics. Even though I am a Clinton supporter I can not help but saying that Hillary Clinton may feel that she is the best person for the white house and I think with what's happening now with the economy and her bright bright grasp of the issues she is what we need now. This country is about to go into a depression and hit rock bottom. Hillary is what we need. However I have to say this, Hillary does appear to be a little greedy, first lady and president. If she does not win I hope she moves on to an Al Gore role, Al Gore has superseded the presidency. He is now a global player not tied down by the chains of the presidency which in this economy is really not something that anyone should want. We are about to hit a depression not just because of domestic mismanagement but because of global forces that are coming into play.

Entering a personal tangent+++++++++++++As a young political science student many years ago, I remember taking a course on the EU Community and I think the over riding message and predictions of the books that I read which were by Krugman, Reich and one more author who's name escapes me was that our world was moving towards internationalism, I believe Reich discussed concentrations of skill workers moreso than internationalization, but one of the two other authors discussed a borderless society where the rich of all countries and societies were on par, and the poor of all countries and societies were on par. The argument went there will be no more third world countries but third world classes. As I look at all that's happening the market fall out, the falling stocks, the foreclosures. I know that the America we once knew, the land of opportunity seems to be shutting down. There is opportunity out there but it's global. Whoever loses the race should weigh their options and probably thank God that it was not them who was chosen to be President. I do realize the Clinton's can work miracles and have but this is a challenge that I am a little skeptical that even they could solve. ++++++Off Tangent back to the subject

Then again the blacks who ardently support Obama are going to have a huge surprise if Barack Obama is elected. I serioulsy believe that as I said earlier Obama is not the dreamer his mother attempted to create but some srange weird hybrid. Iy is my truth and my belief that he will not be the black mans' best friend. I predict in an attempt to look racially unbiased. There will be far less black appointees then Clinton or Bush. I predict Obama will abandon his black brethren once in office.

One thing that I have followed closely is Mrs. Obama's speech patterns and dress. When Mrs. Obama was trying to get the votes of the common man "black man" she was a walking fashion disaster, she even pretended that she could not speak standard English, but once the nomination was locked up she totally changed her persona and I did get a glimpse ofher at one rally where she did not come on the stage and how she looks now is how she looked then. I know that people change their appearance but not to such extremes. Mrs. Obama has geonfrom looking down and out to high fashion. I predict that Obama if elected will betray the blacks who so ardently gave him their votes, then again by looking at his spiritual mentor maybe not.

Finally I would like to say if a little nastily black men will not even be loyal to their children, and many times they are encouraged to abandon their children by the women they are with. This is why Obama is for third term abortion. How can Hillary expect loyalty here. I was not that type of woman, when I did have a relationship with a man who I found out had a child the most disgusting part for me was not that he had a child but that he was not taking care of it and he did start paying as well as visiting his child. I felt this way because you can not control what happens in someones past so you can still accept the person but when that behavior is totally immoral, one wonders how you could stand to breathe the same air is this person. To repeat, black people abandon their children and it is condoned by black men and women. If they abandon their children how can Hillary Clinton expect loyalty to her.

This is a really nice article about Barack Obama's mother. For me this reflects the person I initially thought Barack Obama was. I imagined him as a dreamer and visionary however I often feel that he has somehow become tainted by His Chicago experience. I somehow imagined Obama as less of a class conscious person and more of a Peace and Love individual however he's not that person. He has become shaped by his environment and I somehow feel the person that his mother created will never come back. Somehow as far as Barack Obama is concerned I feel that he is fighting for two selves as W.E.B. Dubois wrote about. However the self that he is conflicted with is the self that walked into a radical black church when he could have walked somewhere else. Obama could have been shaped more to think that what the poor need is economic opportunity, and education and it did not or does not take the "system" to make these things happen but concerted thought and focused energy to change life for the poor in the United States or in any third world country. The example of his mother insisting that he have early morning studies while overseas is an example of an individual overcoming systematic restraints. If blacks are to go anywhere they must take resposnibility for their progress regardless of the "system". Obama has been a member of his church for twenty years, a lot of people who have subscribed to radical beliefs let it go after two years at most and call it a stage. after twenty years of being a member of this particular church I really think that there is no reclaiming the man that Obama was.

This article argues as I did earlier to some point that a prostitute is way better than a mistress. It has some points that I agree with and some that I disagree with. In addition this young woman states on herMy Space Profile that she has previously abused drugs. I am sensing a pattern here with drug abusers they state that they have previoulsy abused drugs to signal other users that they want and need other drugs (Obama). In any event whoever was running the prostitution ring needs to be prosecuted to the highest extent, for $1000.00 or more an agency ought to guarantee that the prostitutes that they send out are drug and disease free and at least high school graduates. This lady may have graduated from high school but she split at seventeen so I have questions on whether she graduated or not. She admits to being a drug user, and I have no idea of her disease status. The only thing I know is Mr. Spitzer appears to be the dumbest John in the world. The girl was not attractive, the girl was not educationally smart but evidently is extremely street smart, the girl was a drug user, and we have no idea of her disease status and she brought down a Harvard trained Governor. What's Harvard teaching these days? $100,000 of stupidity. HA HA! In any event I thought Elliots marraige was safe, but not if there is a high risk that he can give his wife a communicable disease! I don't know anyone who would stick around for that. Mr. Spitzer show es a decided lack of care and concern for his loved ones for not properly vetting his high priced call girl service. I say put the leaders of the service in Jail, not only were they pimping women, but they were swindling Johns.

I would like to discuss how I cam e to the conclusion that prostitution was better that a mistress of even that prostitution was OK. I've been married I think my husband cheated with one woman if not physically but emotionally and trust me emotional affairs are a lot worst. However I became convinced that physical affairs are not worth ending a relationship when I ordered a particular old book from Amazon I paid a penny for it plus shipping. It was called the Hite report on men. I had read the Hite report on women a long time ago, it was in my mother personal collection and it had let me know that masturbation was OK, fantasies were OK, etc. It is why I can go years without sex and still be happy, masturbation rocks and is a guaranteed orgasm whereas sex with a partner is not always a guarantee to pleasure. In any event when I finally reached the point to ordering The Hite Report on men,as I write this I am remembering that prior to ordering The Hite Report on Men, I had purchased it at a thrift store for three dollars but had never gotten around to reading it and by the time I was ready to read it it had disappeared from my home so I had searched dit out on Amazon.

As I began reading the book, I think the single most impression that hit me while reading this is that if I had had this book prior to having The Hite Report on Female sexuality I probably could have sustained relationships and maybe marriages. As a black woman, we always assume that women of other races have more than black women have. We assume that other women specifically white women have in today's terms five car garages and high powered cars and most specifically faithful Norman Rockwell husbands in their Homes and beds. We take these visions into our relationships and then when the relationships fail we resort to saying bad things about black men or thinking bad thoughts about them and treating them as if they are freaks of nature. However a brief reading of the Hite Report on men reveals that the actions of Bill Clinton were not the actions of our first pseudo de facto black President but were the actions of most men, if the Hite Report written in the seventies is to be believed. There are white men and I am assuming they are white men who state in this report that they have been cheating on their wives for forty and fifty years and their wives have no idea, some of the women they were cheating with were mistresses but a large number of men had sex with serial women. This fact for me was enlightening and as I read this book I kept stating to myself I wish I had known. This book also revealed that their are other races with downlow men, there is huge literature in the black community written about down low brothers (men who are married to women but sleep with men). This book finally revealed to me that men are men there is no race that has the market on morals or fidelity. Any woman that leaves their husband because of infidelity is living in a rose colored world. She may think that her friends or acquaintances have the ideal, but the research by Shere Hite on this issue reveals that the majority of marriages have problems, this was however written in the seventies maybe things have changed drastically since then but I seriously doubt it.

Finally I would like to mention the editorial piece that is linked to in this article. I know a lot of people are encouraging Mrs. Spitzer to leave her husband. I realize that many of these people want her to leave her husband because they want it to serve as a warning to their husbands to say see if you do this you're going to lose your wife "me". However the honest truth from my humble observation is the two people actually like each other and in about twelve years ago Spitzer may not even be able to get it up without Viagra. Neither of these people are getting any younger. I had rather have a picture with my grandchildren, my husband and my children, rather than just my self and individual family members. For Spitzers wife I don't think the goal is being old, alone, and manless which I'm sure she can pick up another husband but I'm sure she would tell anyone that being married to a billionaire, even a cheating one is not the worst thing in the world.

With that said I will try to be as honest with this subject as my thought allow me to be. When I was in I met a guy, a man whatever you want to call him. I was not interested in him at first because he was just what I was not inteerested in short, very dark, and he had big red lips, however he had one saving grace he was very intelligent I loved talking to him. As I would learn by constantly being his friend and talking with him is that he slept with anything that moved. As our friendship progressed, I eventually slept with him and he literally rocked my world in terms of the skill that he possessed. I would eventually figure out that he could do the things that he did because he slept with so many women. We ramined friends on and off for a long time not sexual friends but friends all th same.

I say all this to say that I have watched the body language between the Spitzers prior to the last news conference and I know that she benefits from what ever he has done. Every way that he has made her feel and every thrill that she has gotten has been because her husband sees these prostitutes. This incident may destroy Elliott Spitzers political career but I seriously doubt it will destroy his marraige. A mistriss destroys a marraige, but not a prostitute. However Elliott Spitzer is a sex addict and does need to see a psychologist. "Period"

When I first heard about the story of Elliot Spitzer, I was prepared to say it's not so bad and some other positive things that For me sheds light on this case, but the facts of this case just reveal to me that Elliot Spitzer is one super big dummy and here is the major reason why. The last prostitution story that rocked this country was the tale of the D.C. Madam. The most significant facts about this case that were so fascinating was that everyone had something to lose if the tranaction were revealed. It was rumoured that some of the call girls in the D.C. madams stable were college students and some professional women, this ring had gone on for som long that some of the girls who worked for this service were now profesors, attorneys, and newscasters to name a few of the careers graduates of this prostitution ring had gone on to pursue. When the ring failed and the madame was fingered hardly anyone was revealed. Contrast this to Sir Elliot, he went to Jersey to a broken down building and called some opver priced prostitutes who probably were promoted from the streets. The biggest disappointment for me was not that Spitzer was seeing prostitutes but it was the type of prostitutes he was seeing. I expected a little more lushness and beauty even out of the building he was working out of. The Democrats in Florida are agisnst a mail in plan. Barack Obama has stated he thinks that the primary should be fraud proof. I am very resentful of this comment. Obviously Mr. Obama has forgotten that a supporter of his campaign tried to commit fraud during the Texas caucases and it ws all over the news. Furthermore, if Mr. Obama is wondering why he lost Texas it may be because he is not fully aware of the demographics of all of Texas. Just a drive through of the whole of Texas would shed light on why Hilliary Cinton won Texas.

As for fraud I honestly do beleive that the Obama camp has used some of the campaign contributions to commit fraud. He is obviously not above this considering a key campaign dona tor is on trial for fraud. But I suspect fraud in this election, I have for a while on the Obama side. I suspected fraud when Clinton lost the state of MO, and this is what happened to convince me that there was fraud. I have seen elections change in my lifetime. I saw the election change when I went to sleep during a presidential election in 1999 and George Bush was losing Florida and he said something to the effect I'm not losing Florida my brother is the governor, and when I woke up the next moring George Bush had won, I've seen elections change when a candidate for Senate cried, he was losing decisively and he got on TV and cried and the next day when I woke up he had won. On the night of the first Super Tuesday CNN went out of their way to put in Big Letter with stars the states that Obama was winning, they did not extend this courtesy to any other person democrat or Republican. It was so strange I thought two things 1) the polls have not closed in California or 2) CNN was trying to let people who could cheat in t he election that it was OK to cheat. I am of the opinion that CNN was trying to alert the powers that be in MO that they could cheat for Obama. Obama lost decisively in Georgia however every black woman I spoke to except a few said they were voting for Clinton. I was at a coffee shop and this man came in who was an Obama supporter and started talling to these women about supporting Obama and they said very decisively and loudly that they were not voting for a drug addict. While I was an Obama supporter I went to a jazz festival to hand out buttons and talk to people about Obama, the majority of black women I spoke to in Atlanta said that they were voting for Clinton. I will never forget speaking to one woman and she said decisively "I'm voting for the woman" I'm voting for the woman. I say this to say that the statistics regarding the voting patterns may be wrong, and the largest segment of individuals who are being disenfranchised may be black women, then again maybe things changed, and Obama experienced one of those "strange" surges that Obama has been getting.

This Period will be remembered as the {eriod of Yellow Journalism

Today it was confirmed that one of my favorite journalists was being biased in the election towards Barack Obama. I have been a long time viewer of Meet the Press, at least since I was a teenager, and I will probably continue to watch but today Tim Russert's integrity and honesty fell before my very eyes. The discussion concerned the comments by Obama's former unofficial and acknowledged foreign policy advisor Samantha Power/ Mr Russert showed her comments on the screen with something to the effect that Mr. Obama had no intention of withdrawing the troops, if elected but would asses the situation as needed once elected and may or maynot withdraw the trooops. Mr Russert countered with an OpEd piece by someone not affiliated with the Hillary Clinton campaign that said she would do the same thing. This to me was extremely shady and misleading journalism. Mr. Russert automatically assumed that his audience was too ignorant and dumb to not know the difference between an editorial written by someone not affiliated with the Clinton campaign, and a comment made by a trusted Aide to the Obama campaign. This is not the same and it is indeed not real journalism. As I stated before there was a time I would believe anything Tim Russert said and support any opinion or fact he had, when we dealt with the Scooter Libby incident and Valerie Plane incident I just knew that every word that came out of Russerts mouth was the truth, now I am not so sure. His behavior this election cycle has in my eyes made his reputation, reliability and honesty highly questionable.

One more thing regarding this article Samantha Power is quoted as saying the following to the New Statesman article as it regards Clinton staffers:

"We don't want to end up in a lowest-common-denominator operation," she said, "which is what, I think, actually, really hurt her."

You know this article states that she and Obama talked deep into the night about their oppinions. I wonder if this is how Obama talks about the American populace. Is this how Obama feels about the working class voters that give and gave Hillary Clinton their votes. The media is emphasizing class and status in how people vote. If Obama wins the election, will the democratic party cease being the party of working class Americans, which whther black people realize it or not have an interest in the policies that affect working class and lower income Americans.

In addition how can Samantha POwer call anyone the lowest common denominator and then write about the struggles in Africa. There are some serious dichotomies in what she says and what she represents. Is she an advocate of Darfur so she say hang around with Clooney and Jolie. She obviosuly has some problems with status and class, She sounds like some sort of white supremacists to me, Hitler like! Hitler did not just hate the jews, he hated the weak also. Obama has shown his disdain for the weak by his radical support of partial birth abortion, Obama just like Hitler's Mien Kampf has written a book illustrating his struggles, Obama just like Hitler's Germany is speaking to a nation desperate to be relieved of their struggles, they want hope, just like Hitler's Germany this nation is responding to unemployment, falling currency, and the changes from one type of economic structure to another, Germany was emerging from an agrarian society to an industrail society and we are emerging from a post industrial society into a higly technical society. There is a book that discusses how the holocasut was able to happen because of the advances in an industrial society. There could be a holocaust in this country also because of highly technical advances, with Samantha Power's discussion of the lowest common denominator, it is not impossible to think that Obama may be the third Anti Christ as predicted. This is taking it a little far but when people start referring to people as the lowest common denominator, this is really disturbing. Remember everyone that Adolf Hitler was Jewish!

In an earlier post I stated that Obama was in my opinion qualified to be president. After the Samantha Power incident I doubt seriously that Obama is qualified to even choose a seasoned mature policy advisor. I have no clue how this lady won a Pulitzer prize maybe because she played basketball with George Clooney which was stated in another article, or maybe because she even had sex with Clooney, Obama, and the whole Pulitzer committee, but this is ridiculous. This lady does not even know how to speak to the press. I do care about this country and I am concerned about the direction it takes. Obama was probably prepared to offer this lady a cabinet position. This is a far far cry from Colin Powell and especially Condoleeza Rice who were foreign policy professionals and they both had served in a prior administration. They were qualified. I thought that other than these two individuals, the cabinet positions Bush made were dismal. I thought that we could not have a president make worst decisions than Baby Bush but it's looking like it could get much worst. Who are we going to have to head the Fed, Oprahs accountant.

I am convinced now that Barack Obama does not have the experience to dig us out of the recession as well as the integrity and capability to use the judgement to choose adequate time tested advisers. If he wins I am convinced there will be more of the same.

According to the Link above Barack Obama has rejected the idea of a do over in Michigan. The article implies that he has an objection to a primary versus a caucus. The article sttates that he does not want a do over where party leaders are in charge. You know if Mr. Obama does not want the process run by party leaders maybe he ought to consider a third party. I suppose this paranoia is going along with Michelle Obama's line that this country has never done anything for her. I think the Obama's have better lives than most people regardless of race, Ms. Obama's last job as an executive at a hospital paid her upwards of $300,000 a year. Mrs. Obama is a graduate of Princeton and Harvard Law. This country has been really bad to her. If Barack Obama wants to consider where his slide came from it was 1. The statement by Michelle Obama that if Obama gets the nomination thatthis is the first time she would be proud of her country. (Michelle maybe you need to try starving and going without shoes as many around the world do, maybe then you will finally be proud to be an American. 2. The secret wink wink meetings with Canadian officials 3) A Nobel Prize winning staffer stating that you really did not plan on pulling the troops out of Iraq as well as her calling a sitting senator a "monster". These are some of the reasons folks are having serious buyers remorse and "don't" want you to be the president, and a democrat is going to be the president. The republicans say they have values but the condition of the economy is valueless and without morals. I heard someone say the other day I'm driving my car slow now so that I can pretned that I'm going for a long ride. Gas is about to approach four dollars a gallon, if we elect another republican what's it going to be int he next eight years eight dollars a gallon.

Back to Michigan, Senator Obama you have had a big break with caucases, there are some places when less than 1% of the population particpate in caucases. If this is how this country has been choosing it's presidential candidates this is a horrible injustice and proves that Americans have not been choosing their presidential candidates, but only a few of the population has, to use Texas as an example their caucuses started at 12 midnight. There are plenty of people who can not stay up that late, they can't miss a day or that's their job. They have Children and families that they have to take care of maybe even an elderly relative, they don't like driving in the dark or are afraid to. These are the people who do not show up to caucases and to run an election on caucases is ridiculous.

Barack Obama is a constitutional lawyer he knows the procedure of a caucus is unfair at it's roots, especially when there are some states like Georgia that allow early voting in the primaries and maybe caucus states do, I just don't know but thr process that I observed in Nevada on CNN was less professional than an elementary school election. The procedure was supporters of different candidates stood on different sides of the room, I think people wrote on a piece of paper who they supported and then they counted the ballots and that was the winner for the precinct. I think the two parties the democrats and the republicans are using caucases to increase their own parties impartance however with the recent spotlight on what a caucas really is and how many voters it truly disenfranchises, we may see the rise of a third party all primary party that encompasses thevalues of us all.

You know Senator Obama, the party is over especailly if you refuse to agree to a do over, those super delegates will have cause not to vote for you becuase you refused to comprimise and as a potential candidate you were willing to disenfrancshise Florda and Michigan just so you could maintain you had more delegates, now what type of president would that make you.

Falsely Accused but Charged with Something Anyway!

I have hesitated to discuss this on my blog but at this point I will because at this point I think it will be beneficial for me as a catharsis and because I think every American needs to know what happened to me because it will let them know to what extent our country has evolved into a corporate and police state. I honestly don't know whether what happened to me was political or if it was just plain harassment. Maybe I just did not look respectable, or maybe my boobs are too big. I don't know but what I am about to recount to you is a believe it or not, like I suppose all of the weird things that happen to me are. My life is evolving into a big believe it or not.

I suppose what happened to me was in the Tea Leaves. As I prepared to leave the house to go to a professional meeting for my field of work, my mother who would be watching my children said, please don't go I think something bad is going to happen. I thought about what she said and my karma told me that something bad might happen also. I ignored the fact that as a Dekalb County resident that when I went to Fulton County particularly Atlanta, where the meeting was being held I suddenly felt that I could breathe. If anything bad ever happened to me, it was always in Dekalb County but ignoring that fact. I decided not to go and also respond to my daughter's demands that her teacher was asking for her glasses and drive to the local mall where I had purchased over $240.00 in eyeglasses, two months before between my daughter and my son in eye ware. As I was driving through the mall parking lot or parking area trying to get as close to the store as possible, I noticed security driving my way and since I blog , since I write, since I write to various government offices agencies, blog about black people etc. I felt a clammy hand run down my back, the same clammy hand that ran down my back one evening as I left Wal-Mart and found Congressman Hank Johnson an ardent supporter of Barack Obama sitting illegally parked in my parking aisle the same day that I had attended an organizational meeting as a volunteer for the Hillary Clinton campaign. In any event that day at the mall I put on a left signal and the security vehicle turned left and I went straight.

I managed to find a parking space as close to Vision Works as I possibly could, near the movie theater. As I walked to Vision Works my back from a terrible car accident started to hurt and I thought you must be out of shape or something because your back is killing you. In any event I finally made it to Vision Works pulled out my daughters glasses and waited in line for them to be fixed. I have worn some form of corrective vision wear for decades and in the past when I wore glasses getting your glasses fixed was a simple affair of taking them to the vision store and having the person behind the counter fix them. As I walked to the counter I was a little shocked at the lady that I saw wearing the general manager badge Daniele Taylor. I had been coming to vision works for at least the last four years for my personal needs and had been used to having conversations with the various counter staff about things like health, diet. One counter person had told me how she had lost a lot of weight from eating fruits and vegetables in the past. I also had continued to come to vision works because the Asian optometrist gave one of the best exams that I had ever had, unfortunately the last time I had come in for my personal exam not my children's she was in the process of going on maternity leave which I thought was really great at the time.

However I think what I took note of more than anything regarding this lady that wore the general manager's badge Danielle Taylor was that she was big fat and slovenly and her hair was not combed. This was quite a big shock from what I had been used to when I entered that particular vision works. However in any event I showed her the glasses and she point blank refused to fix them. She told me that you can go downstairs and get them fixed but she was not going to fix the glasses. She told me they had a thirty day policy and would not fix the glasses. I explained to her that we had come in for the two for one special when I purchased the glasses, but my daughter had wanted the 159.00 Guess Frames and that I had had to pay the 150.00 difference including lenses out of my pocket, I also explained to her that my daughter was seven years old and needed her glasses fixed. I implored her to help me with the glasses. She refused and I left. I did not linger around the mall because I am a discount shopper as well as an ebay and amazon shopper. The only thing I will not buy off of the internet are large consumer goods. To show you how committed I am to the Internet, I purchased my sons school clothing from the carious online stores, and these were the newest fall fashions which had not hit the stores yet. My son came home and told me that the kids were teasing him and telling him that he got his jacket from the thrift store, two months later the teasing stopped because my sons clothes were now in the shopping center. In any event I am not a mall person. I think you get the picture. It takes me days to shop in my little Internet stores day and night. In any event I think you get the picture that I am not going to the shopping mall unless I am literally dragged into the mall. As for the movies you will see me in the bad neighborhoods looking for the man who sell's them for five dollars. One night I had promised to take my kids to the movies, however the bootleg guy rolled up with the movie for five dollars and I was so grateful that I wold not have to spend thirty dollars going to the movies. In other words I don't go to the mall.

As I stated before I left Vision Works and walked directly to my car, I pulled my coat off before getting into the car and threw it into the back seat and got in the car, put my car into gear, and was about to start it up. As I was about to start the car a security guard knocked on the window and told me that I stole a pair of glasses from Vision Works and to step out of the car. As I looked behind me, I noticed that two security vehicles had blocked me in. There were several things that went through my mind at the time. The first one was I did not want to leave the car. I told the security guard that I did not want to get out of the car. He said I had to. I vaguely thought that he was a citizen too and could not make me get out of the car. However he insisted. There was much more that went on, but to make a long story short. I was charged with disorderly conduct, not shop lifting, though the fat slovenly women named Danielle Taylor did eventually come out and was specifically asked Were the glasses Purple? She said yes. The purple glasses had a prescription in them, they were my daughters broken glasses. The glasses that I had asked her to fix. However the police were not prepared to show me any empathy, they had no empathy to the fact that I had walked into the shopping center for one thing only to get my seven year old child's glasses fixed who has a pretty high prescription -4. They showed me no empathy and no mercy and took me to jail for disorderly conduct. At this point I am afraid to live in the Southern United States, especially the county I live in. Can you imagine being falsely accused and being taken to jail when everyone knows that you did not commit a particular act. I walk in fear. I am afraid .If you can't visit a merchant you've spent money with for years without being falsely accused of something and the police treat you like you are a criminal there is a big problem in our world. I can honestly say that I am slowly reaching the point where for me living in this world seems to be futile. I am faced with unfairness and just bad people at every turn. I think I need to move and I will very soon. However I urge individuals to be very careful when you go i public places, what happened to you could happen to me, and I have thrown a lot of what ifs at the situation what if I had purchased sunglasses that I could have had in my dash, in my purse etc. would I have been charged with shop lifting then? It is highly likely. Fortunately, I did not and do not possess the type of sunglasses that they may or may not sell I'm not sure but this is a big what if I contemplate. I would have been charged for shoplifting and not disorderly conduct. I have always heard that you need a search warrant to go through someones car once you are in it. I was about to start my car and I find it very strange that I was asked to leave my car. In twenty/twenty hindsight I think my conduct may have saved me from being framed or had planted evidence put on me or my person. I don't think going quietly is the best policy especially in a county where in the past one sheriff has killed the sheriff elect.
